  • Why We're Different?
    Our programs and seminars are designed to help people affected by life's challenges. We are open to people of every culture, creed and/ or background and we work with both men and women to provide our services. However, we highly encourage people who are often marginalized, especially women, minorities, those impacted by domestic violence, sexual harassment and/or in the LGBTQ+ community are especially encouraged to attend and purchase our services.
  • Do you have a Customer Referral Program?
    Yes! If you refer a friend to us and a service is booked, you can receive 10% off your next service. Please contact us for more information, as proof of purchase does apply.
  • Do You Work With Non-Profits?
    Yes! Please scroll down to the bottom of the home page and click on the"Join our Team"section or you can contact us directly frist to find out more!
  • What is our Refund Policy?
    The answer depends on the workshop or service you choose. If you book a workshop or seminar, a credit for one seminar or workshop will be given only if the workshop is cancelled and/ or if an emergency occurs. If you are booking a career service, there are rarely refunds given. Your professional documents will be edited and resubmitted up to three times to ensure satisfaction. In extreme or unique circumstances, refunds will be determined by management.
